Formed by the damming of the Osage River more than 80 years ago with the building of the Bagnell Dam, the Lake of the Ozarks was born. With 55,000 acres and more shoreline than the state of California, the Lake as we call it is truly an engineering marvel. The Inn at Grand Glaize is a premier resort on the Lake of the Ozarks. The Inn at Grand Glaize was built in 1985 by St. Louis Cardinal legend, Stan “the Man” Musial. The Inn was the first Union-Built property at the Lake of the Ozarks. It is the only property at the lake that has been an independently owned, woman-owned business for close to 30 years. The Inn at Grand Glaize is one of the best-known resorts on the Lake of the Ozarks and guests can often be overheard saying they have been coming here for 20 years. The Inn is a full-service resort with 15,000 square feet of event space, we can easily accommodate groups of up to 800 people.
